In January 2026, Reggie Mush posted the first video on his YouTube channel: "I Paid an Ex-Dealer to Help Me Win at the Casino." For his first guest ever, he brought in a friend he'd known "for a million years," a 10-year veteran dealer from the Strip who'd dealt every game in the casino except roulette. He introduced him as Chicago Mike.
Mike wasn't trying to start a channel. He was helping out a friend. That video now has more than 100,000 views, about 6,500 likes and 840 comments, and it's the reason CZVegas exists.

If you only bring $100
Reggie's first question was the one everybody asks: what do I do with a hundred bucks? Mike's answer was simple. Stick to the pass line and the inside numbers, bet the table minimum, and don't press anything yet.
- Collect once on every number first. When a number hits, take the money. Don't press until you've got your original $100 back in the rail.
- Always take your odds. It's the best bet in the casino. And an easy way to remember the payout on the 5 and 9: every two chips pays three.
- Then start pressing. Once your buy-in is back, everything on the table is the casino's money.
Their first shooter sevened out quickly. But because they were collecting instead of pressing, they still had $62 of the $100. As Mike put it, you live to fight another day.
The $122 inside
For a bigger bankroll, Mike laid out the setup that's now the backbone of the CZVegas channel:
Why those amounts? Because they go to what it pays. $25 on the 5 or 9 pays $35, and $36 on the 6 or 8 pays $42. On the first hit you press up to the payout and the dealer hands back your whole starting bet. "If you're at the casino, you're drinking, you don't really remember what's going on, you can always remember how to press."
And why only the inside? The 5, 6, 8 and 9 make up 18 of the 36 ways two dice can land, so you get paid on about half the rolls. When the 4 or 10 hits, Mike doesn't sweat it: "Let the other side of the table make money on that. I'm here for the inside numbers."
"I want to hit each number once, and then I want one number to hit 12 times. One number hits 12 times, I'm rich."Mike, explaining the whole strategy in one sentence
On the next roll you could watch it work: the 6 went $36 → $42 → $90 → $180 → $360 → $420, and the 5 went $25 → $35 → $75 → $150 → $250. When the seven finally came there was about $700 on the table, and they had already pulled $621 back into the rail, starting from $122.
A word on the Iron Cross
Reggie asked about the Iron Cross, and Mike was honest. It's great if you want action on every roll before dinner. But he doesn't like betting against himself, and if you're only bringing a few hundred dollars, using your wins to fund more bets instead of pulling money back means you need a monster roll to come out ahead. "If you're going to the ATM and going, 'Seven dollars for an ATM fee?' then that's probably not a strategy for you."
Then Mike picked up the dice
Former dealers usually aren't supposed to shoot. Mike checked that his wife wasn't going to see the video, tossed the dealers a bet ("That's called a bribe. They're rooting for what I'm rooting for now"), and rolled.
The 9 wouldn't stop. It went $25 → $35 → $75 → $150 → $250 → $350 → $750, one step from table max. The 6 climbed to $420 along the way. A $200 bankroll riding alongside turned into about $1,150 on that one roll. The verdict:
"Maybe 10-year veteran craps dealers know what they're talking about every once in a while."Reggie Mush
What happened next
At the end of the video, Reggie promised Mike would come back to teach more games and strategies. He did. The follow-up, "A Ex-Dealer Showed Me How To WIN Big On Craps!!!", took the same press pattern to crapless craps and passed 200,000 views. The comments on both videos kept asking for more, so Mike started answering them on his own CZVegas channel, which has since grown from about 150 subscribers to around 7,500. The $122 to Table Max series, the Fibonacci press pattern breakdowns and everything else came from this one video.
So if you found CZVegas through Reggie: welcome. Start at $122 inside, go to what it pays, and wait for that one number to hit 12 times.
